any one got any thoughts on kent pt82's? are they a good cam? power with pistons and bodies? thanks guys

Don't put them on a standard engine. With the standard cams the piston/valve clearance is tight, with PT81s it's dangerously close.

i said i have pistons and bodies by that i mean i have omega hi-comp pocketed pistons an throttle bodies. thanks.any thoughts on origanal question?

As long as the pockets are deep enough then they should fit fine. As for power I couldn't say. 81s are reportedly good for 180-190bhp on the standard manifold, so with a decent map I'd roughly guess at 200bhp or so with 82s. It will probably come at a higher rpm than is comfortable for everyday road use though.
