Hi guys hope fully one you can help, My rallye wont idle, I've changed the coil packs, and idle speed control valve, and changed the spark plugs for new genuine items. HELP HELP please cheers sim

Have you done an engine management system reset (i.e. disconnect battery, leave it for a bit, reconnect it and go for a drive?)

Check the wiring to the ICV too.

Does it run ok otherwise?

No it doesnt idle what so ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tried disconnecting the ICV and seeing if it idles then?

if you have replaced the ICV then

switch the ingition on as far as it goes but not enough to start , wait, and repeat like 5 times

This will help set the position of the piston.
after that try and start car. Yes

It not all over the place just won't idle :-( everything is plugged in as it should be . Just tryed starting it without the icv unplugged and is the same :-(

I just replaced mine, guess you could try and give it a clean with some carb cleaner, but I don't know if that will be effective or not.

I bet it's something small and simple that you have just missed.

Follow the process of what you did from start to finish and you may stumble across the problem. Did you secur the icv properly? Eg are the the 2 bolts tight enough? They're may be an air leak if it won't idle Dunno
