coming from the engine. somewhere. it doesn't do it all the time, and doesn't really smell like engine oil, also seems a touch too thin for engine oil. can't find where as it's not dripped out since i started looking for it properly. the driveshaft, rear lower engine mount and sump look fairly oily tho. any ideas? gonna get it up on stands and clean it, talc it and have a look when i change the oil tomorrow. but as i said, it doesn't do it all the time and smells different than normal engine oil. although that could just be me gettin it wrong!

Check your PAS pipes, connections and levels - its under quite high pressure as it comes under the car from the pump.

does it smell of cat p*ss? Could be Gear box oil, or cat p*ss obviously.....

Not always... anyway a crap garage could have put normal oil in the system!
