Forgot to make a note of it, but am I right in that of the two spigots on the rail the smaller is the return to the tank?

Yes, the one with the smaller diameter hose is the return iirc. You'll know if you get it wrong.

because the fuel pump is a constant flow item.

Ah fair, assumed it'd just be a fairly low-pressure pump which could handle having the flow blocked.

I'll let Peugeot off then, just this one. Ta.
