just put gti6 cams in my 1.8 to go with inlet and exhaust manifold has anybody tried a gti6 ecu and injectors ?

I doubt it'll work that well due to the difference in head flow and bottom end capacity, there's no cam sensor hole on the XU7 head, though not impossible to make it as the casting is there.it will need mapping to make it run properly, so the easiest route would be something like a DTA S40 ecu which will cost a lot less to map. ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

just fitted the gti6 injectors before cams ideled ok would not rev after cams idels and revs fine guessing it will need remap does anybody know who can remap a 1.8 in kent ? |
