i currently run a 1.9 gti oil cooler on my 205 gti6 6 on bodies an just nearly finished rebuilding it with 87mm pistons an goin to be puttin big cams hopin for 210bhp will i manage with the oil cooler i,m running at the moment?

Its a little small really, I'd be on the look out for a 16 row at least.

I'm not so sure, its only in a 205 so not hauling about a 306 (I shouldn't say that on here should I!?) In the 205 it barely does anything anyway, I would see how you get on and go from there. I'm not using any oil cooler or water exchange on my standard 6'.

I would definitely recommed a front mounted mocal cooler. Unless you arent going to use it on track! A few people have ended up with bottom end damage on track without one, most likely down to oil temp being too high.

I started out with no oil cooler on my '6 conversion allye and found the oil temp was quite high on longer drives at higher revs Ninja I now have a 16 row mocal cooler and it has made a great difference.
