Some-one has kindly dented my passanger door.

It's not too bad, and is located exactly where my Rallye stripes are located, however i hate the look of it and want it fixed.

Any recommendations? I dont mind travelling as-long as its a rep person or company?

I can post a pic, but it wont be anything major.

Thanks

Steven

you could try heating it up with a hairdryer and spray it suddenly when it's hot with a can of dry-ice or something freezing. this can sometimes bust the dent outwards without damaging paint [if it's unreachable from behind]

Not advisable, but if you want to you can get the dryice/pc cleaning sprays from most staples. Plus these days proper dent people dont need to get behind, due to glue systems available.

I may also give this guy a call for a couple of small dents I've got. Would he mind? And what ballpark prices are we looking out for some small door + rear dings?

I doubt he would mind at all. He works on time it takes rather than per panel. He doesn't take the P*ss like other dent removal companies who charge £35 plus per panel. If it takes half an hour thats what he will charge you for. Cost will always depend on the indivdual car & dentwork but I will GTE he's cheaper than anyone else & better to!!Cool

Notice how nothing conclusive was ever proved? The dent on the RX7 was as if someone had pushed in a large panel, it didn't look like it had been impacted by something.

For small dents i'm 99% sure it WON'T work, if it's been dented it'll have lost its elasticity so won't pop back into shape using that method. A large area though, say like a bonnet where you can push it in and it pops back out easily enough, then aye it may work.

It's 100% certainty that it WON'T work For small dents, He stated that clearly at the end of the video.
but since there's no pics of the actual dent, we don't know what kind of dent he talked about.
