Hi, I have a 97 ph2 gti6 and swapped the seats for around for some black/suade seats from a 98 ph2 gti6. The new seats have side airbags and 2 connectors (1 orange and 1 red) under the seat where as my seats only had the 1 connector (orange) for which I assume is the pre tensioner. I plugged the orange plug to orange plug and just left the red one redundant but now on start up my airbag light is flashing? Does anyone know why this is? Does my main airbags still work or have I just connected them wrong? Many thanks
