Hi guys wondering if anyone can advise me

I can feel a knocking (kinda metal on metal) grinding noise and only happens when turning left or braking and reversing (ok when driving straight) and turning right.

(got bubble on my passanger tyre wall just thinking if its all related?)

Replaced the drop links recently so its defo not that. Had a play about and couldnt see anything untoward ..

Just thinking if it could be;

Top mount / Plastic inner arch arm / Exhaust down pipe rubbing (had a new exhaust fitted recently) / wishbones / bushes / suspension / shocks?

Any ideas chaps any help greatly welcomed.
