I got this tonight and was seriously miffed Anyway, after double-checking the manual, this is only a temporary error message - you will need to leave the radio powered and anywhere between 5 secs - 30 mins you will be able to re-enter a code. Mine took about 5 mins before it allowed a code to be entered (when I finally entered the right code!) From what I read this sequence will keep on occurring (ie every 3 wrong codes) until 14 codes have been entered wrong in which case the unit is permanently blocked... ________________________________________ Nile Blue 306 GTI-6 (2000V) |
