Ok, ok guys i know this is not a common question but i have recently bought a 306 which has been lowered quite a bit and i think this is helping wear on the bushes of which i have a problem with anyway (another issue)

Now, i wan to raise the suspension up (just a bit) to relieve some pressure on ball joints etc.

I know by asking this question people wont recommend i do it myself but i just wanted a rough idea of how i would go about doing this.

Cheers Guys

You'd need to fit new front springs and adjust the rear torsion bars to match. (The 306 has bar springs on the rear, not coil springs.)

There are guides to both of these in the FAQ section. Your choice of front spring will dictate the ride height, and to maintain the handling balance you'd need to set the rear height accordingly.
