Hi,
My heater unit isn't working at all! It lights up when the ignition is on and the lights on, but nothing seems to be working! The fuses are all in working order, also the A/C button dosnt seem to work?

U went to my local scrappy and got another control unit for £10 but the same issue so I don't think it's that!

Any suggestions? Cheers

If the a/c button and recirculate buttons aren't lighting up either then it'll probably be one of the 3 green relays under the steering wheel, around the fuses. One of them would have burnt out. Pull each one out and it should be fairly obvious which one has gone. If it isn't clear just try swapping the green relays around to determine the faulty one (The other 2 green relays are for front fog lights and electric windows/ sunroof).

You can get a replacement from halfords for about £5.

Yes mate they are. Same thing happend to me so I just lived without fogs untill I got round to going to Halfords. Make sure you get the 4 pin one and not the 5 pin (and obviosly the same Amps & Volts as whatever the green one is).

The replacement ones from halfords come with their own fuse, so should stop you needing another relay should it happen again. You can then just replace the fuse ( you'll see what I mean when you buy it).

Thumbs up
