I bought these track rod ends off ECP the other week, took me this long to realise ive been given two different parts / part numbers.

Having typed the two part numbers into ECP

-606545025

-606545025

It seems they are both lemforder units but one seems to be only for a XSI with 137bhp and the other one isnt listed as a 306 part.

Can anyone tell me what is going on or what part numbers i should have?

Will they do the job - despite their differing appearance they seem to be the same size...And someone has written over the old part number with the other one? Huh?

They both might fit, but both sides of the car are meant to be the same.

I'd nip back and get one swapped out Yes

As I say I'm sure both will probably do the job just fine, but the fact remains that they're simply not the same Yes

Dont think the length wouldve mattered as they would be wound in the same amount to sort the tracking but its best to have two of the same...

Just got back from ECP and now have two of the dark lemforders ready to fit.

Just annoying i had to make 3 trips to ECP when all i really needed to do was go once if they could give me the right bits from the start!

it'll be fine, lots of PSA vehicles used the same rod ends.

This^^

Should be getting it tracked after fitting them anyway so as long as the bj part of it is the same size it doesn't really matter what length the threaded part is
