Hi All,

Some Advise, What parts do I need to replace when I do the head gasket, ie timing belt, water pump, Gasket etc.

Or is there anyone who offers a exchange service?

Cheers

Timing belt, tensioners, head gasket, inlet and exhaust manifold gaskets, valve stem seals, thermostat, thermostat housing gasket, water pump and gasket, aux belt, cam seals, rtv sealant, engine oil + filter, sump plug washer, coolant, head skim. Thats just about everything i would use when i do a head gasket.

All the parts you have mentioned really, full gasket kit, headbolts, timing belt kit and water pump unless they are quite new.
Flush and renew the coolant and do an oil and filter change should see you good to go again.

no need for a full gasket kit tbh, there's lots in it you wont need, cheaper to just buy the hg + exhaust gasket cam seals and stem seals on their own.

might as well get machined pistons and a set of bottom end shells and piston rings whilst you're at it mind Ninja

GSF should be fine for the head gasket and oil/filter, coolant etc, i would get the valve stem seals/cam seals and other little bits from the pug dealers

Got a compression test and its not the head, took it for a blast and cleared out all of the dampness in the engine.

No smoke and running fine, just the timing belt now Sad
