Recently changed the thermostat on my HDi because the engine temp gauge was hardly reading, anyway so i've changed that but the problem i have is that it still doesn't quite read 83 degrees. Most of the time it tends to hover around 70-75 but it fluctuates. Another thing is that sometimes i get blasts of cool air even though its set to warm. Mellow do i need to change a temp sensor aswell?

Help appreciated
Thanks

That's what i've been thinking, i purpose i could give it another bleed.
There seemed to be a nice stream of water coming from the bleed screw hole, not really any air bubbles.

Ignore the gauge as it's not exactly accurate. Mine's never read 83 and i've never had issue. If the car warms up and runs as it should, your stat is fine.
