I use Black Wow it is a great product IMO, however you need to remember it is not just a case of wipe on wipe off. Only a very small amount is needed and it needs to be worked well into the plastics, this will help remove all the dirt in the plastic too, it gives a nice clean natural look. If you just wipe on it will look shiny and will be oily and as such it will run.I've not used the Gtechniq but have heard lots of good things about it. ________________________________________ If you aint first, your last! |

I've never had any problem with the autoglym bumper "snot". I know what you mean about running but just use it thin and when you have done a complete circle of the car go back to where you started and give it all another quick wipe over. I also find a sponge a better applicator than a cloth.Autosmart do a very good one but I cant remember the name off the top of my head ________________________________________ Ryan |

Can't fault Chemical Guys new look trim gel personally. IS this what you tried or something else? Cos this stuff is a gel so doesn't run at all really, only reqiures a little bit and brings it up a treat.________________________________________ China Blue GTi-6 |

you could remove the plastics and spray with a rattle can, i did this on my black dturbo and it looked good. got one with the laquer already in it, primed and sprayed. job done. but on my 6 i just use the bumper snot, just have to take time and like someone said, go round again and make sure it's all in.________________________________________ Never underestimate the power of De-Nile.Friday afternoon car, built in France.... 306gti6.com Stickers available, pm me for details. or email MjStones83@hotmail.com Sticker Thread with pics |
