...No, not as the title might sound!Smile

I have about an inch or two of play in the seat backs of my front seats. When braking the upright seat back moves forward with the momentum.

It's not a big deal, but it's really irritating.

I assume that somewhere in the mechanism something isn't quite sitting properly or maybe something has wored it's way loose. Anyway, I'd be grateful to anyone who could let me know what the cause/solution might be..

tighten up the bolts? 4 bolts hold the seat down, look in the runners and i think its a t30 torx bit needed for it.

my 6, and my mates d turbo both do this, tightening the 4 torx bits will not help, as ive had my seats out for cleaning the carpet, and upon re fitting there was no difference

ive had a look before and cant see any way of tightning the back of the seats Sad

i completely agree though.....its bloody irritating

Yes mine does the same, only on the last couple of notches so I guess it is just wear
