Hi, just wondering if anyone could give me some advice regarding shock absorbers, I currently have Bilstein but they are so low the ride is like an errection from hell! im told by my local garage that these cannot be raised! im wondering if anybody could recomend a decent set (not too expensive!!!) that would raise the car to a comfortable level, or do I go for the original pug ones? as I don't have a clue!!!

Cheers

change the springs and re-set the torsion bars, dampers themselves dont affect the height greatly.

Bilstein is generally well regarded apart from the BNE 1931 rear dampers they produced a while ago which werent anywhere near the right spec, they have changed this recently though.
