today i decided i was going to have a go at cleaning the icv on my xsi but realised the airbox was in the way so im going to do it when i fit the induction kit. So instead i thought id reset the ecu. Iv done this and now iv got a red flashing light below the blowers in the middle of the dash. The main problem is that my side lights are flashing on there own, they even did it when i turned the ignition off and locked the car. Any help on what iv done would be appreciated and i think i mite leave mechanical work for mechanics in the future. |

Generally none of the sirens work anymore on these cars. Try pressing the button on the side of the steering wheel? Does it carry on doing it if you start it?________________________________________ Phase 2 Blaze GTi 6 (Standard) SoldPhase 3 Supercharged China GTi 6 (249.8 BHP) Sold Phase 3 Supercharged Diablo GTi 6 (443 BHP)Sold Nissan 350Z (300 BHP) |

Maybe get a second hand siren that works. Wont cost much and may correct it as could be the cause ________________________________________ Phase 2 Blaze GTi 6 (Standard) SoldPhase 3 Supercharged China GTi 6 (249.8 BHP) Sold Phase 3 Supercharged Diablo GTi 6 (443 BHP)Sold Nissan 350Z (300 BHP) |
