Hi guys i was told today that if i remove a black box from under my manifold and bung the hole up i would get more power but use more fuel. Does anyone know what he is on about many thanks for any replies. |

*sigh* ignore the c*nt.talking crap. although if you take off the air filter and sprinkle a tiny bit of sand, A TINY BIT, of sand into the engine while its running, this does polish the inside of the engine and give you 1-2bhp increase. ________________________________________ Team allesclar ® |

He's talking about the helmholtz resonator. As always the information you need is in the FAQ section on this superb site. Not done it myself but other people have, you can also buy a nice alloy replacement cap in the for sale section. |
