keep your standard airbox and use a green cotton filter and run it dry! then make your airbox airtight and adapt your snorkel pm me and i will happily talk you through it hope this helps________________________________________ Team Nile 6Team: 40.2 MPG 5 x a 306 owner! currently abusing type r's in a town near you ™ I truely live for the 306 ® Build date: 29th October 1997 Wednesday's car midweek madness |

im not wanting a closed box style filter tho, going to try a ram air, sent an offer for 1, see what happens, it sonly for a bit noise really, not fussed for bhp gains as thats what my track rallye is all about lol________________________________________ In my garage just now2003 BMW M3 & 2009 L200 Raging Bull & Audi Q5 S Line AX stock rod & Saxo Stock rod Sold the bike an charged rallye an bought a caravan, midlife crisis or what! |

I give a vote for the K&N 57i.....cheap, easy to install, 1 or so extra bhp/ft lbs torque, easy to clean and loads of induction roar.Has some bad points though. Heat soak and as i found out to my peril....it sucks water in like a tramp on chips...gobble gobble=water in your engine ! ________________________________________ "Gotta Love The 6"According to my wife i think the 6 is the fastest car in the world, perhaps she is right LoL ! |

I can feel mine drawing air on idle. And because it sucks soooo much air it sounds like an induction kit when you twist the throttle. Plus no heat soak. Lots of cold air ________________________________________ Team Nile 6Team: 40.2 MPG 5 x a 306 owner! currently abusing type r's in a town near you ™ I truely live for the 306 ® Build date: 29th October 1997 Wednesday's car midweek madness |

id prefer a filter rather than a home made job, will see what happens with my offer for the ram air one, if i odnt get it may just leave it see what i deside, got enough roar of my supercharged rallye lol________________________________________ In my garage just now2003 BMW M3 & 2009 L200 Raging Bull & Audi Q5 S Line AX stock rod & Saxo Stock rod Sold the bike an charged rallye an bought a caravan, midlife crisis or what! |
