Each to their own as far as ride height is concerned I guess, as well as what look the individual is trying to achieve. But from my experience from my current set up I have very minimal body roll and it is a stiff ride but well damped. stiffness is all down to what spring/damper set up you go for, nothing to do with ride height at all.
