We are based near Portsmouth.. I could probably lay my hands on a low boost car for you?

I would be interested to see your mapping on a high boost... How many degrees ignition did you give it at peak torque?

Curious to see how similar what you do is compared with what i would do.

My LB Rallye is sitting doing nothing right now just inside the M25 near Reigate, probably needs someone to give it a drive Ninja

SECONDED! I work near gatwick, so i'd be very interested to how (poorly) my cammed rallye stacks up against a low boast item!

rallyestyle,

what mods do you have on yours then? Would it be possible to borrow the car for a couple of weekends to get a good map sorted out?

rich_w

would be good to hook up and show you the ECU some time?

Its probably possible luthor Yes Im popping back to my parents this weekend to change the spark plugs on it as its got an issue at the moment. Provided that solves it and its up and running ok then it will probably sit there for a bit longer feeling sad Sad The tax does run out at the end of February though and im not sure if i will be retaxing it just yet.

Engine wise aside from the SC kit the car has a stainless exhaust with decat so nothing special Smile

Hi guys,
Nice to meet you allSmile
I'm Pete- Andy's partner in crimeSmile

Unfortunately we've still been unable to lay our hands on a SC 6 that we need to sort out a map on.
So if there's anyone local ish that could help us out, we'd appreciate it!Smile
We basically need a car for either a couple of weekends or a few days so Andy can work his magicSmile
Either post back here or feel free to pm either of us if you think you can helpSmile

Pete

PS Rallyestyle, Did you get yours running at the weekend?

With regards to fitting one to a SC-6. I decided that I liked PP2k diagnostics too much so lost interest in giving them my car.

I run a DTA and it seems to do the job, do you have much call for PP2k diagnostics? Dunno

He had my car for a good couple of weeks one time and was struggling with it, a while after he came up and had another bash, struggled to get it right and never heard anymore.

Very neat idea and a very small box of tricks (ecu) just a shame it's not sorted.

Carl

Hmm

That is a shame that it didn't end up coming to anything, surely if he can get it working on a Saxo he should be able to get a '6' up and running? Dunno
