my six decided to cut out on me yesterday at a junction. it basically wouldnt rev and then just died. it started after and wouldnt rev unless the throttle was wide open. its been ok today. but it has done it before. ________________________________________ "if in doubt flat out"Breaking 206 gti |

New idle control valve needed I'd say about £20 on ebay - does it occasionally cut out when you are coasting along/slowing down? |

They normally get covered in crap from years of being in situe.
