Looks good, makes more sense in my mind to have the intake the other side of the bay on turbo'd cars. The pug1off yellow 205 is the same and I think it looks loads better than pipes going everywhere ________________________________________ Ryan |

It was made by someone on the escort cosworth forum, it added 15bhp and 36 lbs ft torque compared to the standard one just hopes it works well on mine!Hopefully less lag as it shortens the boost pipe by over a meter! Havent seen the pug1off manifold? Got to relocate powerstearing using the s16 mounts and relocate the washer bottle also. |

No on a escort cosworth, hasn't Breen fitted to mine yet as it's not built! He put it on a flow test bed before and after the work was carried out and the flow is better than what it was.I hope it will be worth while but only time will tell! I will probably have it mapped with a standard manifold then mapped again with this one and see what difference it will make. |

Didn't realise that a few ppl are planning on doing turbo conversions and have had a few pms regarding the inlet, can get them made for £200 when u supply a standard one and polished for £100.I appreciate that it is not proven yet but if your intrested let me know! Can also get exhaust manifolds made by maniflow Same as mine for around the £600 figure in stainless steel! That's what they quoted me when I asked a while ago! Dare to be different and give the sc boys something to compete against! |

Looks like it'll be a good conversion, my only concern is the length of pipe before the turbo where all the branches are conencted. ________________________________________ Ex SC-6Now in a Megane R26 |

The pipe needs to be that that long to locate the turbo round the side of the engine, the turbo sits about half inch away from the head!Every gti6 turbo conversion iv seen has the same ish design? Tom on here with the gold gti6 turbo, the 309 turbo project, dp engineerings manifold! No problem with the pipe length maybe the pic doesn't show it too well! |

By the look of that pic my pipe is shorter after the collector to the turbo flange than his? Is he running 8 injectors, 2 fuel rails as I can't see clearly on my phone! |

Hi mate, yeah he runs an 8 injector setup, small for normal running and then large when on boost.Have to say your manifold looks better than mine mate, not sure why colin never thought of doing it that way, looks so much better and should be less laggy. ________________________________________ TEAM Supercharged Rallye |

Colin didn't have anything to do with the inlet but he wants one made for his some time in the future! Not too expensive to have done either. You could have one made for yours? |

I know he had nothing to do with yours mate, what i meant was not sure why he did not do it for my car the way your one is done, would have made more sense.________________________________________ TEAM Supercharged Rallye |

I get ya mate, dont think he knows anyone that could do it this way and have it flow tested to see if there is and gain!I was in afghan when I had it done, Colin helped with the technical side as I couldn't see an inlet as I was away and the matey needed some info! What I Ment was Colin didn't put me in contact with this dude! As mine won't be on the road for a while I would be willing to let u borrow it and see what difference it will make to yours!! You would probably need a remap tho as it will shorten ur boost pipe snd lower the intake temp! |

Hmmm ok mate, will have a think, trouble is my intercooler pipe work is only on one side, not both, so would have to try another intercooler, will def want to see wht you think of it when done, might be persuaded to buy one.________________________________________ TEAM Supercharged Rallye |

No but each header pipe is longer still locates the turbo to the battery bay so over all got to be the same length as mine and everyone else that had done a turbo conversion |

Dont be worried anyway as it's my conversion if anyone should be worried it should be me and I'm not! Thanks for your input! The manifold has already been used on a car and was fine! What about other turbo cars with the turbo further down the exhaust? |

To be fair it'll work fine, the longer the individual pipes the better (as the longer collector damps the pulses) but it is only marginal.I'm excited to see how it performs. With the forged goodies it should make good power. ________________________________________ Ex SC-6Now in a Megane R26 |
