Linkages PM Miles, as for quickshift kits, compbrake do one, but it's not got the best rep for quality. B&M do one I think, or if you can weld modify it yourself by shortening the rod beneath the ball joint, don't take off too much though lol

Hopefully this is a joke post. If it's not, here's a particularly memorable quote from the last thread like this one:

"How about find the right section AND DO A f*ckING SEARCH"

Good luck with the search.

without starting a new thread..

just a thought about the people whinging about the GE shifts' coming loose..

judging by this pic:

if it slips on the hole, why don't people just weld it up? surely that'd solve all problems really?

curious as i bought one for £20 new, and am tempted to weld it up if it's gonna be slipping

(didn't wanna nick the skip brown one off my other car)

Same, had mine on for several trackdays now and never had an issue. I think the people who have problems must be one of the following:

1 - a girl who can't do up bolts
2 - a girl who can't do up bolts

had my GE on for coming up to 4 months now, no problems so far. All you need to do i make sure the selector is grease free and that the short shift is all the way onto it, right down to the bend and well tightened. Then as a matter of course if im down there ill check it every now and then. Its never been loose though and i give it some.

Bet it comes loose now, always carry basic tools!
