Bloody car, if it's not one thing it's another, not feeling like living for the 6 any more Angry

So, how do I go about removing the bits remaining on the door and is it a quick job to do?

Need to change the bitron too so while I have the tools out Dry

Phase 3 handles are riveted to the doors so you'll need to drill the rivets out. If the handle's snapped off you should be able to see them.

You'll need to take the door card off and pull back the plastic cover to get inside the door. There's a rod that connects the handle to the door lock that pops off. It's quite easy to figure out if you have a peer inside the door.

Only thing to note really is that the correct size rivets are bigger than what will fit into most rivet guns you'll get in a DIY store so you'll probably need to use a smaller rivet with washers on either side (unless you want to get a bigger rivet gun!).

The actual handle is the same though, so you could order up the screw fittings that are used on the phase 2 if Peugeot still supply them.

I'll have a proper look in the morning, but I did see a couple of rivets as I slammed the door.

Might go for bolts, did have a quick search and like the sound of those. Cheers though, another fun filled Saturday cursing the car in store!

No they are directional. I've got a black one you can buy. I'll let it get dirty so it looks astor.
