They look like they screw in. My mates just brought some and there is a place to put a spanner on right at end. |

If you got the manual when it was still on here it tells you how to do it page 247.Seems like there is a retaining clip then you slide it off then unscrew?? |

This is what it says in manual.1. remove tre 2.Either release the retaining clips and slide the steering gator off the end of track rod, or release the track rod balljoint dust cover from the rack and slide off track rod. 3.unscrew the track rod inner bll joint rom the steering rack end, preventing the steering rack from turning. 4.remove track rod ass and discard lock washer must use new one. Hope this helps a bit |

mine went the same as them i didnt have a stilson so i used some grips and a hammer.
