No issues with grinding the badge holder away but you'd have to smooth down the whole manifold otherwise it would look silly.________________________________________ Rich |

The badges come off and why not its different. I've rubbed down the whole thing its as smooth as hell. So if I grinde that back and polish that up to match it will look sweet. ________________________________________ ph3 gti-6 china blue- mint conditionph2 gti-6 nile blue K.I.A dec 2010 |

won't be any easy job to get the curve of the manifold with a grinder end, will get flat spots on the curve if your not carefull.________________________________________ 230 hp 2.1 16v XU 205 rallye on jenveys Project thread here309 3dr K20 Type R |

I took all the mould lines out of it by hand with different grade papers took weeks. I was going to dremmel it off and the make sure its level and smoothed off with grit again. Then off to the powder coaters ________________________________________ ph3 gti-6 china blue- mint conditionph2 gti-6 nile blue K.I.A dec 2010 |
