Hi All,

Having had my 17" wheels fitted for a while now i have just had a random thought about the spare wheel LOL...

I believe it is still a 15" one... Does anybody know if the spare wheel holder will fit a 17" wheel or not? (As my brakes wont allow a 15" Cyclone to fit haha! Wink)

Dno if its worth having it or not tho as ive got breakdown cover anyway... Was just wondering tho if it would fit! LOL

Depends wholly on the tyre size.

If you bought the correct tyre size on the 17s, you have an almost identical rolling radius to the original Cyclone radius.

Logic would dictate you fit the spare to a rear and put a rear wheel on the front. This is what is expected with most 4pot equipped cars!

Take one of your wheels off and see if it fits in the spare wheel cage, will take less than 5 minutes Wizard

The spare wheel cage does clamp the tyre side wall so you might find it fouls the wheel with a 17" wheel and low profile tyre.
