Happy new year all.

can anyone tell me if the early adjustable (3 bolt) cam pullies will fit onto the later RS engine? (my engine is from 2002 xsara vts) As i stupidly removed mine without marking them. I also want the early ones so i have some form of minor inlet adjustment

cheers

ok, seeing as i didn't mark the position of the pullies, how do i go about setting the cam timing again?
Also is it true that the later type are prone for slipping?

naah, its the early type that are known for cracking if over tightened.

to set the timing you just put the pins in with bolts slack, tension belt then tighten central bolts.
