hi guys really need some help from ye

im hearing a nasty noise from my gearbox its as if there's somethin knockin inside its selectin gears fine but the noise is in every gear , i had a bearin whining in 4th but wasnt bad didnt think it was gonna happen this soon its a constant gringin inside would it be a release bearing or would it be a bearing sheered off

please guys any info would be a great help as i dont know much about cars

the clutch shud be fine cause i changed the engine a few months ago there was only 15000 on the engine so i used the clutch from that engine , but ill take ur advice n check that first , cheers mate ,
