Thinking of getting my ecu from D9 V6 406 with vvt de coded to make the wireing more stright forward as this engine is going in my race buggy.
Any one had an ecu de coded? Any problems? what sort of cost, I am told around £160, is that the going rate?
Thanks Lee.

It does make it easier. Not sure on those tbh - was going to cost me £75 on the earlier ecu through a friend. We were going to get a few done at the same time.

I know you can get your ecu 'chipped' by loads of different companies - would it be worth seeing if any of them will decode it at the same time as it might save you a bit and gain some power.
