Went to garage earlier as car has intermittently been running on 3 cylinders, and has just started doing it all the time - traced issue to a failed coilpack, ordered for monday.

Question is can I drive it safely until then?

you may damage the cat, as there is unburned fuel which will go into the cat and burn.

And your fuel consumption will be rubbish.
Best off doing as few miles as possible in it

Noticed the shitty consumption, the car is now running on all coilpacks again (WTF..) But the fan is not cutting in unless the car is off.

FML

I have now dropped it at the garage and I'm driving a KA till they fix it for me.

Sad

Where do I find that, I am off tommorow so I can go to the garage and do myself (if it's straight forward, or I can at least stand and point at the part Big grin)
