has anyone any experiance with this

My washer jets have a mind of they're own they seem to work when they want to an not when i need them most lol

The strange bit is sometimes i can't hear the motor buzzing even after an hr's worth of driving an when you would think everythin would of defrosted by now an then when i come back to the car in an evening After its been stood for a good 5hr's or more they decide to work!

Is it the motor's on its way out or is there more to it than that?

Do you have the mist washer jets? I've just cleaned mine out as one of them stopped working, found out there was tiny bits of dirt in it. Might be worth you cleaning the jets out?

Looks like your motor is on its way out.
Had the same problem on my meridian.

Start trying to source a good known 2nd hand motor now....as they are pricey new.

Think mine was £110 new or there abouts....

see i thought it might just be frozen but yet they won't work in a morning but when i come back to the car @ 7:00pm to come home an windows have started to frost already an they work then ?? So i'm puzzled as to whats going on if the motor just seems to be freezing as sometimes the wipers start wiping but can't hear the motor buzzing like you would when its working.

Are you sure a washer jet motor is £110?

Mine has standard jets how did you clean your's? Also how do i go about getting mist jets what model should i look for?

sorry i meant my wiper motor cost £110. I heard the xsara washer jets are supposed to be an upgrade on standard 306 jets... Doesnt really explain why yours are intermittent tho. Would expect your washer pump is faulty!

simple to get to the tank/ motor. Just take the drivers wheel and arch lining off and you should have plenty of room to inspect it. Thumbs up

The washer pump is part no 6434 60 from peugeot and RRP is £34.24 + VAT. Hope that helps. We've sold 7 this year so they seem common to go.

It's fairly extortionate to be honest. Think you can get hold of the pumps from a local motor factors for about £9 iirc.
