I've just bought some compomotives which are fitted with some dunlop slicks they are way too big for the 306 but just wanting to know what they could be worth?

I paid more than i'd have wanted to for the wheels but when i saw they had slicks i thought they must be worth a few quid LOL

will go out the car in a min and get a pic and some sizes

What size are they buddy?

If they're ex Clio cup or touring car 17s they're worth about £20-£30 each if in good condition

The wheel is a 8x16 and the tyre is quite square the edge of the rim so at a guess i'd say they would be equivelent of a 225-235 tyre

a 195 55 15 is 595mm tall, I don't think there would be far off what Ash uses on his race car though he's on 17"s IIRC.

what wheels were they?

Look like cossie gravel rims, have they got inserts where the bolt holes are?

I know a mate of mine has bought a set recently for his S2 RST and has had to get some proper Group A nuts direct from compomotive in wolverhampton

Also depends how old the slicks are and how they've been stored to whether they've "gone off" or not.

On removal today the tyres have cracking on them so don't think there worth anything much so might just stick them on the bay see what I can get for then

P.s the lad said they have always been stored in a heated garage fully deflated
