was told by some friends,to fit a diesel battery to my gti6 as these have more kick in them to turn over my 6 is this true as mine is a bit slow to turn over,and sorry if you have heard this before....cheers deano ________________________________________ french foreverT859HFC now gone  T534 KVR now new home  |

as it happens, the gti6 is specified with the same battery as the diesel models anyway, and you wont fit anything bigger in that battery box.________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

as above i think both came with 480 batteries. I used to run my old Dturbo with a AC delco artic refrigeration unit battery, lol...Sub zero temps,fired up straight away  ________________________________________ EX Bianca 6 owner,Now drives: Octavia vRS |

Late hdis came with 680. High compression does'nt help much either. Fit the best battery you can afford and avoid cheap unbranded types FTW.________________________________________ R H Davey Welding Supplies.
