Not overly hard just need the locking pins and flywheel tool.

Is this the fly wheel timing tool i can use? It says on ebay that its for the older 306 diesels LOL! Can it be used on the HDi?

no, the hdi flywheel pin is a long rod that is shaped to go behind the starter. Hardest bits about the job can be access to the belt cover bolt down back of engine and getting crank pulley off
