well lads, wanting to change the lower mount as theres a fair bit of movement, i dont want to get group n solid mount as i had one in the 106 and although it vastly improved things it made the car feel very rough, so this time i just want a kind of inbetween ![]() ________________________________________ IF YOU CAN READ THIS IM STILL IN 5TH!!! |

Just get a new original equipment mount from Peugeot, they are quite stiff when they aren't 10-15 years old ![]() the poly ones are pretty shit to be fair, the number of them I have seen chopped in half by the bolt through the middle is amusing. ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

If it is a daily driver I'd only recommend standard peugeot or lemforder. I've got a group N bottom mount and it makes the exhaust noise vibrate through the cabin.________________________________________ Ex SC-6Now in a Megane R26 |

yeah, pug ones are great when new ![]() They don't cost that much either, its the top right mounting that costs the most as its a hydraulically damped unit apparently. ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

I had a poly one in for three years and it was fine with very little cabin vibration, infact still seems like new and I could put it back in tomorrow tbh, Upgraded now to a baker bm one and I know what you mean, quite a lot more vibration in the cabin on tickover, apart from that all is good ![]() ________________________________________ Team Supercharged Gti-6![]() |

For a daily driver I'd use a new standard mount ![]() I've had a powerflex one and had it tear into pieces after a few months. ________________________________________ Rich |
