I'm tyring to unlock my ECU , i've searched on here and found You then need to cut pins 27 and 48 on the 55 pin connector inside the ECU.

How do you know which is pin 27/48 as on my ecu the pins are not numbered ? , cheers

The pins are numbered at either end of the connector Yes

There's more to it than just cutting the pins though - you need to clear the immobiliser code from the ECU's processor first, which a specialist will need to do.

I can do it if required.

thanks for reply , so would i still need to send it to you even if i removed it of the car by un plugging ecu with car running? , cheers
