Are phase 2 and 3 rear wiper motors interchangeable?

They are different parts.

The phase 2 motor includes the washer jet on the end of the spindle whereas the phase 3 does not.

If you put a phase 2 motor on a phase 3 tailgate you will need to plug the washer feed hole to stop water leaking through it into the tailgate.

If you put a phase 3 motor on a phase 2 tailgate you will lose the rear screen washer and will need to plug the pipe in the tailgate.
