Hi All,

I had a creaking problem a while ago with my pass side door so sprayed up the check strap with WD40 and it seemed to do the trick...

Now I've got the Pass side door, not creaking but "clunking" twice if the door is opened to the extreme, off today so had a quick look and got the camera in the door and this is what it found...

Is this fixable or do I need to be on the lookout for a new door?

strangly enough i had this problem,, tighten the bottom nut as tight as it will go,, then get another nut and put it on the top and you should be fine Smile

if the thread has snapped you just need another arm,

One of the E5 variety is on order and should be able to collect it tomorrow lunchtime, I've got the door card off now ready for the change and I actually quite like it without!?! What am I thinking?!
