Can anyone tell me the size of the allen key required to take the sheering wheel off?

its not an allen key, its a T55 Torx bit.

cheers. do you know what this should be torqued up to?

Also can anyone suggested what torque wrench to buy to work on most jobs on car - i.e. fitting steering wheel, working on suspension / etc. Im not sure what size drive to go for and what sort of torque range.
