I am getting a horrible squeaking noise wen I turn left any ideas what this could be?

I was told it was the pas pump so i changed it toped back up with fluid and it stoped for a couple days now its back ggggrrrrrr does that mean its the belt n should i get it changed?

its the bearing in the pump on load.. a replacement pump is neededYes

Bump this problem is still going. Changed the pump for a recon 1 its def not the belt because it still pesists wen sprayed with wd40. Are there any other ways or things i can do to check this?
