hi my phase 1 heaters have stopped working theres heat coming from the vents but i think thats just circalated heat the lights are working on the dials and theres power going to the fan i put a meter across the power wire to the fan and it reads 3v which i thought was a bit low due to the size of the wire ive cheked the fuse and the relay and thay are both fine.so please any ideas. if i scrach my head any more i will be as bold as my tyres.
