right, i'm having probs with remote central locking on my ph2.5 6. the remotes have never worked and have tried on numerous occasions with various methods to re-code the plips but to no avail.

basically, i think the infra red control box is goosed so can i replace this with one from a scrapper or is it a coded part?

cheers in advance

rob

As far as I'm aware you can just swap them as you can re-program the remote to the car unlike the RF ones that u have to get Peugeot to do.
