Just keep twisting and pulling upwards. It will come off eventually. I was surprised how easily mine came off after reading on here about everyone having problems. |

turn it to 10 o clock or 2 o clock and pull straight up, but watch you dont smack yourself in the face as i found out.________________________________________ if i dont see you in the mattress il see you in the spring |

Mine was ridiculous to get off too. The numbers were wearing off, but then I found you can buy just a replacement silver insert, looks almost as good as new, at a fraction of the price! |
