Ive seen a few different bits of kit for Diagnostics checks and Live data recording but they all say that you need to be OBD 2 compatable.

As OBD 2 was mandatory in 2000, would that mean that all Post 2000 6's would be compatable? Reasons im asking is most companies dont seem to list peugout on their compatability list.

no gti6 was obd2, only late xsara vts's were and they had a different ecu.

as far as I know the peugeot software will do it.

gti6 is eobd.. which is old school protocols but with a OBD2 general interface..

only genuine pug stuff will do it. give me a shout if you need.

Bringing up old topic.

@mabgti - can you tell how to record live data from gti-6 1998 using peugeot planet with lexia interface?
Currently I am making screen videos - but that is not good enough for analysing.
