the scrubbing is the TOO BLOODY LOW, not the tyre size.

I thought you'd rage-quit this forum after your last thread on this subject? Razz

Honestly, I tried a bit of humour last time to try to get the message through subtly, but you threw a strop. You have taken one of the finest-handling hot hatches of all time and lowered it to the point where it's eating itself.

As welshpug says, the problem is that it's too low!! And as for "keeping the handling".. what possible handling could it have when it's scraping its arse along the floor like a dog with worms?! Cry

I'm sorry, if you want to hold out for only the help that you want to hear then feel free. But if you listen to our advice, you will have a better drivers car for it. That's "real help". I dunno, I must be getting old, but if it were me and someone offered me that, I would thank them. Dunno

Noaki i replied on your last thread? with what tire size i had (45's) and that the arches had been rolled and wheel arches removed when the 17's were on... but 50's are fine as above.....

(but i know have a sensible height where i dont break my spine. Razz )
