OK am i right in thinking that the pressure regulator on the XU10 engine runes at 3.5bar? and that this can be preplaced with a 4.5 bar regulator for a VAG car? If so does any one know what model VAG its from?Cheers ________________________________________ Peugeot 306 GTi 6BMW 320 td compact M-sport 1967 Mini Cooper 1990 Jaguar XJR 4.0 |

Just depends how much more air your adding I was going to fit Jenvey throttle bodies to mine, and told the standard FPR would be fine. ________________________________________ Chris1999 China Gti6 Supercharged [Fun car] >>Project Thread<< 2000 Bianca 306 Diesel [Work runabout] |

I'm fitting my 'yanni style' r1 throttle body setup soon and I've been considering getting an adjustable one myself. Dont know if it's possible but I was hoping that with trial and error I should be about to find a good setup and avoid the remapping for now.Does anyone know whether the adjustable ones ob eBay are worth a crack? At 35 quid I'm a little wary :-s ________________________________________ banned for drifting. back in the s**tbox scene. |

not really necessary when the pattern from the standard injectors is very good, and don't run anywhere near their limits at 3 bar.raise the pressure and you'll shorten their lives and efficiency. you wont get an engine to run well on t/b's without a remap. ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

I've brought everything needed anyway so even if I fail I cant be put back to standard immidiatly, it should work, apart from giving the engine more air than normal it won't change it. ________________________________________ banned for drifting. back in the s**tbox scene. |
